PROBLEM STATEMENT:

COBA had a website and Member Portal designed and developed by a previous development agency which was not meeting their needs.
Members were finding it difficult to locate the information they required, and the COBA administration team could not easily manage the content which needed to be uploaded and regularly updated. Their website to be attractive, User Friendly, and Informative, as it is the main method to attract new members.
The member portal is the primary channel for information sharing & communicating with members, so it’s imperative that information can be easily uploaded and found by members.

SOLUTION:

Shakewell took on this project with an objective to review, fix, and enhance the existing website and member portal.
To deliver this shakewell began by conducting a full design & code review of the website which involved:
  1. Identifying design pages required for the website to be rebuilt
  2. Create website design language and components
  3. Gather feedback from internal stakeholders and implement into the designs
After the design review was completed, Shakewell conducted a high level overview of the development tasks required to bring the product to an acceptable standard, this involved:
  • Configure Application Environments and create CI/CD scripts
  • Create Responsive Site
  • Create Find a Bank functionality
  • Basic Configuration of Analytics and SEO to assist with sales and attracting new members
After these improvements were successfully delivered, Shakewell took on an ongoing support contract to manage the Member Portal moving forward and continue to implement new enhancements and improvements.
