GPSL (Global Product Solutions Limited) is a leader in enterprise content management for complex industries. Shakewell reimagined their digital brand and built a high-performance WordPress website to support user engagement, lead generation, and content discovery.
GPSL is a globally trusted provider of content management solutions tailored to technical industries including aerospace, defence, manufacturing, and government. Despite their reputation, the website failed to reflect the scale and sophistication of the business.
The challenges included:

- Difficult site navigation for users seeking specific resources or contacts

The representation of the GPSL brand needed a shakeup. We needed to design the website in a way which communicated their brand, vision, and mission.
The new site should have a simple UX which guides you to easily find the solutions on offer. We needed to find a way to bring to life what GPSL does in a dynamic way. Essentially we needed to make something somewhat ‘boring’ appear enticing.
The site needs to work efficiently as a lead generation tool. It was important to create pages that enable GPSL to create gated content, integrate with Zoho forms but ensure the forms look/feel the same as the website, integrate with live chat, and enable the creation of customisable campaign landing pages.
Shakewell began with an in-depth discovery phase, remapping the user journey to ensure clarity and intuitive access to high-priority content. Key features included:
- Use of bold text blocks to highlight mission-critical messaging
- A dark/light toggle option to enhance usability and modern appeal
- Streamlined architecture for finding information and contacts quickly
The new site was developed using WordPress, enabling the GPSL team to easily manage dynamic content and marketing updates.
We designed for:
- Speed and performance, ensuring large volumes of technical content didn’t slow down the user journey
- Flexible content structures, making it simple to create new landing pages for campaigns
- Integrated lead tools, including styled Zoho forms and embedded live chat widgets
The final product is a clean, high-performance platform that mirrors GPSL’s technical excellence while supporting user needs across marketing, support, and content discovery. It’s not just easier to use—it’s a more accurate reflection of who GPSL is today.
